WFC360 Trust and Security Centre

Clear information for security, privacy and procurement conversations

Security workforce operations handle people, sites and sensitive operational records. This centre explains the questions we believe buyers should ask, the responsibilities that remain with each organisation and how to request information relevant to your review.

It is not legal advice and it does not replace a customer’s data-protection, security or procurement assessment.

How we approach the conversation

Security information should be specific, current and useful

Evidence before assertion

We will provide security and data-handling information that reflects the current WFC360 service and supporting documentation. We do not use unverified badges, generic security claims or compliance guarantees.

Shared accountability

WFC360 supports workforce workflows. Each customer remains responsible for its lawful basis, transparency, user permissions, retention decisions and the way it deploys the service.

Purposeful access

Security workforce records should be available to the people who need them for a defined operational purpose, with access and sharing decisions reviewed by the accountable organisation.

Clear procurement conversations

Prospective customers can ask for a tailored discussion of data handling, access, retention, support and the operating workflow that matters to their organisation.

What to assess

A practical due-diligence checklist

The right detail depends on your deployment, contract and data. During a review, the following topics help create a useful and accountable conversation.

  • The workforce and operational data involved in your chosen workflow.
  • Your organisation's role, lawful basis, privacy information and user permissions.
  • Access, role ownership, support and offboarding processes.
  • Retention, export, deletion and record-review requirements.
  • Backup, recovery and incident-support information relevant to the service you are assessing.
  • Any contractual data-processing, subprocessor or security questionnaire requirements.

Customer responsibilities remain important

A platform can support a controlled workflow, but it cannot decide why your organisation processes personal data, who should receive access, how long information should be retained or whether a deployment needs a privacy impact assessment.

Use current facts for your own decision

Before relying on any statement for a contract, privacy notice or security assessment, ask for detail relevant to your configuration and have it reviewed by accountable people in your organisation.
